Owner Paul Ooi was born an hour's drive away from Penang Island and grew up in a Nyonya family. He remembers both his grandmothers wearing sarong kebayas and cooking food that was always of high quality. Penang Place brings you authentic flavours cooked by our 7 dedicated Penang chefs.
